David Little, PresidentDr. David Little has served as the president of Baptist Church Planters since 1997. He served as a councilman of Baptist Church Planters from its beginning in 1990 before being appointed as president. Prior to his appointment as president, he served as pastor of four churches over a 28-year period, all in upstate New York. Dr. Little graduated from Practical Bible College and holds a Doctor of Divinity degree from Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary (2006). Dr. Little and his wife, Kathy, live in Grafton, OH. They have two married sons and a married daughter, and eight grandchildren. |

Michael Peck, Vice-PresidentDr. Peck has served as vice president since 2002. As the vice president, Michael is involved in a national ministry working with churches and missionaries involving marriage, parenting, and other counseling related issues. From 1972-2002, Dr. Peck served as pastor in five different churches all in New York. Dr. Peck is a graduate of Practical Bible College, Luther Rice Bible College, and Luther Rice Seminary where he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree. Dr. Peck and his wife, Karen, have parented a total of 25 children, through the birth of two sons (one with the Lord) and through adoption and foster parenting. They reside in Elyria, OH. |

David Whipple, Business Manager/ChurchCare Executive DirectorDavid Whipple was the first layman to serve on the council. Elected in 2002 he served as chairman of the finance and the building committees. He managed the construction of the new addition to the service center in 2006-2007. In November of 2007, David and his wife Diana were honored with the Aquila & Priscilla Award. This is the highest honor presented by Baptist Church Planters, to men and women committed to church planting efforts in the United States. In 2007 David closed his construction business in New York and accepted the position of Business manager and Treasurer of Baptist Church Planters. In 2009, the President appointed him Administrative Vice President and Treasurer. David has also served as the Chairman and Executive Director of ChurchCare, a subsidiary corporation of Baptist Church Planters, since ChurchCare was started in 2004. |

John Little, Regional Fields Director - Northeast/Southeast/MidwestJohn grew up in Horseheads, New York, the fourth of eight children. After graduation, John joined the Army and spent three years in Germany. He and his wife Linda have three children and eight grandchildren. His training for ministry was in his home church by his pastor, Dr. Alan Brown. In 1987, John planted Cornerstone Baptist Church of Hamilton, New York. The church graduated with a lovely congregation, new parsonage, and church building. In 1999, Baptist Church Planters asked John to serve as Field Director. He works with church plants and missionaries, surveys possible rescue works, and helps established churches that ask for his guidance. He has great wisdom, is capable of analyzing difficult situations and provides steps to resolve issues. John is available for mission conferences and pulpit supply. |

Peter Jenks, Regional Fields Director - Mountain Plains/SouthwestPeter has served as a Fields Director since 2004. He grew up in western New York and was active in First Baptist Church in North Tonawanda when the Lord called him into the ministry. He graduated from Spurgeon Baptist Bible College in 1982 and became a missionary with Fellowship of Baptists for Home Missions and has been with Baptist Church Planters since its beginning. He served in New York State where the Lord used him to rescue First Baptist Church in West Danby and plant Harvest Baptist Church in Bath which graduated in 2004. Peter and his wife, Mary Lou, now live in Bennington, Nebraska where he has the dual role of Fields Director and Lead Church Planter of Bennington Baptist Church along with Eric Wilmeth Associate Church Planter who he is mentoring. Peter and his wife have four children and eleven grandchildren. |

David Whitcher, Coordinator of Hispanic MinistriesDavid has served as the Coordinator of Hispanic Ministries of BCP since 2004. David oversees BCP's Hispanic church plants while editing the Spanish ministry magazine at reachinghispanics.org and overseeing the El Ministerio Bible Institute. David holds a bachelors degree in Pastoral Studies from Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary (graduaed in 2000) where he also attended seminary working on a Masters of Ministry. David and his wife, Melissa, have three children. They live in the town of Lorain, OH and are currently involved in starting a Hispanic church in their Puerto Rican community. |

Rob Worthington, Coordinator of Asian MinistriesRob and his wife, Beth, come to us after working in the Philippines for 16 years (1987-2003). Most recently (2003-2008), Rob was the general director of the Catskill Mountains Missionary Association until July 2008 when the Catskill Mountains Missionary Association voted to dissolve and Rob & Beth joined Baptist Church Planters. Rob & Beth are currently raising additional support to enable them to carry on the work of Coordinator of Asian Ministries. Rob graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 1982, with a major in Biblical Language, Pastoral, and Bible. He went on to seminary at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary and received his MDiv in 1987 majoring in Pastoral Ministries. |

Bob & Donna Bennett, Candidate CoordinatorsAs Candidate Coordinators, Bob & Donna Bennett work with people interested in becoming part of Baptist Church Planters. Bob retired in 1999 from the computer business and Donna from a cleaning service she owned. They were involved in their home church for 43 years serving in many ways, including Sunday School, Bible studies and discipleship. Bob was in leadership at his local church including deacon, SS superintendent. Donna has led in women's and children's ministries. Bob & Donna have been with Baptist Church Planters for the last seven years. The first five years they served in five different church plants in the Tentmaker ministry. In 2006, Bob & Donna were asked to serve as BCP's Candidate Coordinators, traveling to Bible colleges presenting BCP to students, speaking in classes, and presenting workshops about church planting, discipleship, and tentmaking possibilities. They also have opportunities to be in churches presenting BCP's Tentmaker ministry. |

Karen Peck, JOY Club DirectorThe JOY Club Ministry has been in existence since the early 1950's when two ladies felt the Lord leading them to reach boys and girls in their neighborhood with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Karen Peck has held the position of JOY Club Director since 2005. She is fully responsible for the entire ministry. She keeps all programs up-to-date and all materials on hand or in good supply. Karen periodically visits churches and shares the JOY Club ministry. Karen and her husband, Dr. Michael Peck, were involved in pastoral ministry in the state of New York for 31 years before coming to Baptist Church Planters. Now Karen actively serves alongside her husband at Baptist Church Planters in the JOY Club ministry. |

Doris Reynolds, Office Manager & Secretary to the PresidentDoris is responsible for the general operation of the office. She coordinates the secretarial and volunteer work of the office to keep all work current. Doris keeps the schedule and makes travel arrangements for the president, makes arrangments for BCP Council meetings, all other meetings held at BCP, and banquets. Doris came to BCP in 1998 after working for ten years for the vice president and CFO of Dresser-Rand Company Corporate Headquarters, Corning, NY. |
