Timothy

The Timothy Program with BCP provides young men and women to be trained by a veteran church planter.  It is designed to be a partnership with the BCP Administration, the BCP Field Directors, the BCP Lead Church Planters and the BCP Timothy.  Our desire is to do all we can to help in the development of young men and women for local church ministries.

• A young man or young woman called of God with a heart for church planting and with a willingness to be part of a church planting team.
• A young man or young woman willing to work under the leadership of a Lead Church Planter.
• A young man or young woman commissioned by their local church.
• A young man or young woman gifted in special needs for church planting, such as Christian Education, music, discipleship, evangelism, or administration.

There are currently veteran church planters who are seeking Timothys to be part of their church planting team!  Please contact us for more information.

Summer Ministry Program

The BCP Summer Ministry Program (SMP) provides an opportunity for students to experience church planting first hand while using their current experience and abilities.  Whether a student needs to fulfill internship requirements or is simply looking for a great summer ministry opportunity, the SMP is an exciting opportunity.

Requirements:

• Fill out application.
 
• Approval of home church.
• If a student is in a Christian college, approval of Director of Missions.
• Serve a minimum of four weeks.
• Raise the necessary funds to cover expenses.

• Adult Bible classes
• Maintenance or building projects
• Gospel outreach
• VBS programs
• Hospital & compassion ministries
• Digital sound and video editing/recording
